What Adobe integration with Microsoft 365 can do for your customers

Have you heard the good news? Westcoast Cloud is now officially an Adobe-authorised distributor. That means we can help you offer your customers easy access to apps that turn teamwork into dream work.

Chances are good that your customers already know a few things about Adobe. But they may not know about the benefits of full integration with Microsoft 365. We know how hard you work to help your customers succeed and we want to give you all the information you need to help them make the most of their investment. So we’ve put together a few highlights on what to expect from Adobe on Microsoft 365.

Adobe must-haves

Adobe Sign for Microsoft Teams is a no-fuss e-signature tool that will help your customers get their paperwork done – fast and safely. Users can:

  • Create digital forms right from the Acrobat Sign tab on Teams
  • Request e-signatures in just a few clicks – even directly from a Teams chat, so there’s no need to click to a new app
  • Track the status of requested signatures from the Acrobat Sign tab – everything is organised in one place

Adobe Pro for Microsoft 365 is an all-in-one PDF tool that fully integrates with apps like Word, Outlook and SharePoint, so your customers have fewer clicks and screens to juggle. Users can:

  • Collaborate on the same document in real time, on any device – no need to send documents back and forth
  • Export PDFs to editable text to use on other apps like Excel or PowerPoint without ever messing up fonts or formatting
  • Use PDF tools (like secure e-signatures functionality or PDF commenting) from a range of Microsoft 365 apps – toggling between software is a thing of the past

Adobe Creative Cloud for Microsoft Teams is a suite of apps that gives your customers the latest tools for doing creative work – right from Teams. Users can:

  • Edit videos and photos and design visuals and websites with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro
  • Share work with their colleagues, in real time, without having to click away from Teams
  • Pin any Creative Cloud asset to a Teams channel to easily share feedback and keep projects on track
