We also impose contractual obligations on service providers and Product suppliers relating to ensuring they can only use your personal data to provide services to us and to you.

We may also need to share some personal data with other parties, such as potential buyers of some or all of our business or during a re-structuring. Information may be held at our offices and those of our group companies, third party agencies, service providers, Product suppliers, representatives and agents as described above (see ‘Who we share your personal data with’).

When it is no longer necessary to retain your personal data, we will delete or anonymise it so that it can no longer be associated with you, and we may use this anonymised information indefinitely without notifying you. We use this anonymised information to improve the way we work and our services.
We may have cause to transfer your personal data outside the UK from time to time. However, should such transfer occur, we shall ensure that either the UK Government has made a positive finding of adequacy for transfer to such a country or that any transfer of your personal data will be subject to UK approved additional protection as required by law.

We have appropriate security measures in place to endeavour to prevent personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way. The complaints handing process shall include – acknowledging the receipt of the complaint within 30 days of receiving it; investigating and providing regular updates on the issues to the complainant; providing an outcome on the complaint without undue delay.
