Our onboarding process won’t just provide you with the licenses then leave you to integrate them into your business model yourself. 

 

We’ll commit to being there every step of the way, from setting up your cloud reseller account and developing a bespoke development programme that fits with your aims, through to ongoing review and support to add new value to your propositions.

Six steps to becoming a premium CSP

1. Setup

To get going quickly with improving your service, we’ll set you up with a partner account and direct debit. This gives you more flex in your cloud consumption and avoids lengthy credit processes. 

 

Arranging your eligibility and signing of a Microsoft Master Reseller Agreement is managed by us as well, so you can take full advantage of all the add-on services and tools on offer to your customers.

 

Then it’s up to you to decide which services to license, which we can support by looking at your target market and customers, and you’re ready to go as a registered partner.

2. Activate

By providing access to our Marketplace, billing platform and BI dashboards, we’ll make sure that you have a reliable, automated service from us, that’s ready to scale as you bring on more customers and explore new service opportunities.

 

Reporting and licensing can all be done through Westcoast Cloud, so you have a simple, one-stop location to provision your customers.

3. Personalise

Once you’re set up, we’ll focus on making sure the service we provide is matched to what you and your customers want. We provide a dedicated account manager for every partner, who’ll work on an ongoing basis with 

you to:

  • Define your business model and focus
  • Identify and refine your target audience
  • Create a unique training and development plan for your team
  • Manage your progress as a Microsoft cloud services partner

4. Develop and Educate

Being a customer-focused CSP means being able to analyse and evaluate your service. As part of a wraparound service from Westcoast Cloud, your account manager will join quarterly reviews to identify:

  • Recent challenges
  • Analysis of support calls made and training areas
  • Any developments in Microsoft competencies
  • New incentive opportunities
  • Sales strategies for the next quarter

5. Inform your customers

    • In the end, the biggest beneficiaries of your new services and propositions should be your customers. To make sure your message is reaching your target audience, and that you have the best chance of maximising your business potential, we’ll provide marketing and content support, including:
  • White-label content – simple, clear material for you to brand and promote your propositions and products
  • Content blocks and snippets, to use on your website and on social
  • Case studies and video blogs to shout about your success to the rest of our partner network

6. Stay supported

This is where we take a step back. But don’t worry, we’re available 24/7 for any queries or issues, free of charge, and we’ll respond within two hours. 

 

You’ll also have access to ongoing training events, our own library of self-help materials and a UK-based support team who can be onsite when you need them.
