Bored of Netflix . . . Tune in for our new Azure series

It goes without saying that we love cloud. It’s a good thing too, because we’ve just launched a new series of webinars on Microsoft Azure. Our partners use this cloud platform to build, test, deploy, and manage applications and services. In these webinars, we follow these steps using a fictional company as an example, to show how Azure can help your customers solve their challenges, and help you to grow your business.

So why is Azure so potentially lucrative for MSPs? It’s probably because more smaller businesses now see cloud as not just the preserve of large enterprises, but as a transformational tool for them as well.

Any business can use Azure to build a cloud environment, and deploy and manage apps and services on a consumption basis. It’s flexible, scalable and powerful – and it’s not going to result in any tense conversations between your customers and their bank managers.

If you’re currently just selling Modern Workplace solutions and you’re not equipped to transition your clients to the cloud, you’re missing out on a major revenue stream. In the coming years, it’s not something you can afford to be behind on.

How can Azure support my customers?

There are whole range of ways that Azure can come in handy. For instance, when businesses go through mergers or acquisitions, figuring out how to share IT assets is a common issue. If you’ve ever had to oversee two toddlers playing with one set of toys, you’ll know how difficult it can be. But Azure has the ability to manage and provide access for multiple federated domains. So both parties can play nicely together.

If a business is growing, having security or compliance issues, that’s also a sign it’s time for a bit of Azure. Housing data on the cloud rather than in an aging data centre is music to the ears of many regulators, increases storage capacity and shifts the burden of looking after their data to Microsoft. Everyone’s a winner, as they say.
