Are there any other things we need to be aware of?


  • Activities must be completed between December – February (Adobe’s Q1), March – May (Adobe’s Q2), June – August (Adobe’s Q3), and September – November (Adobe’s Q4) depending on the quarter that the PO is issued in.
  • Applications will be reviewed at the start of each quarter for campaign/activity execution in the following quarter.
  • Activities must be completed within the quarter in which the successful application has been agreed.
  • Proof of Execution (POE) and activity metrics must be submitted by 30 November for Q1, 28 February for Q2, 31 May for Q3, and 31 August for Q4. Failure to do so will result in refusal of payment.
  • Partners are required to submit their sales revenue and opportunity impact post completion of the campaign.
  • Partners are required to match the amount of funding applied for (i.e. 50/50 investment).
  • A cap for funding has been instigated for different activities. Speak to your Adobe account manager to find out more.
