With further growth within our Modern Workplace team, we have the opportunity for a Modern Workplace Sales Specialist in Security to join the team.

 

Job Description:

Westcoast Cloud is seeking a highly motivated Microsoft Modern Workplace Sales Specialist in AI to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft 365, AI technologies, and modern workplace solutions. This role involves driving sales, building relationships with clients, and providing AI-driven solutions to enhance productivity and collaboration within organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of Microsoft 365 and Security modern workplace solutions by utilising Microsoft programs and workshops
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Identify and address business needs for security solutions
  • Provide expertise and support for security related sales initiatives
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Microsoft security technologies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in security and modern workplace solutions
  • Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities within an end user’s existing estate
  • Work with internal account managers to drive adoption of Microsoft security within their account base
  • Working with marketing to deliver the benefits of Microsoft security solutions through creative outlets such as webinars, blogs, vlogs and brochures.

 

Key Skills

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in sales, particularly in the technology sector
  • Previous experience within the Microsoft cloud solutions is preferred
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and vendors
  • Clear communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to identify business needs
  • Possess a willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated/ability to work unsupervised

  • Excellent presentation skills
