The Role

With continued growth in our cloud business we are looking to further consolidate our position as the leading cloud distributor employing a Cloud Product Manager.  This will be achieved by selling the value of Westcoast’s programs/Solutions Team/Business Unit/Marketing enabling customers to buy cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product manage our Microsoft and attached cloud vendors
  • Create and deliver compelling cloud offerings
  • Develop relationships within the relevant vendors
  • On board new supporting vendors
  • Offer advice to potential customers selling the values of the Westcoast cloud proposition
  • Liaise with the Cloud sales and technical teams to ensure smooth running of the Cloud business
  • Reach revenue targets set by the business
  • Maximise Cloud rebate earnings where applicable/available
  • Liaise with Marketing, Cloud Business Unit and Cloud sales teams to ensure all parties are working towards common goals
  • Provide detailed feedback as per Business Unit requests – weekly/monthly sales
  • Training internal staff and relevant product staff
  • Building relationships with key customers
  • Working with marketing on campaigns and events
  • Keep internal SharePoint up to date with latest vendor updates and release information


Key Skills

  • 1-3 years sales / product management experience
  • Self-motivated/ability to work unsupervised
  • Understanding of Microsoft cloud products and supporting technologies preferable
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft applications is an advantage however not necessary.
  • Excellent phone and email skills.
  • Passionate about software and delivering excellence
  • Team player
