The Job Role

With further growth within the business, we have the opportunity for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join the team. We are looking for an energetic Campaign Manager who will be responsible for developing, delivery and optimisation of marketing campaigns aligning to corporate objectives and strategies. These include efforts to drive new business and customer growth (upsell and cross-sell) pipeline.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Management, development, optimisation, and reporting of marketing campaigns
  • Campaign briefing to marketing agencies
  • Working with the sales and product management team, supporting plans, gaining insights and feedback
  • Responsible for stakeholder updates and reporting
  • Social media campaigns and posts
  • Responsible for support in claiming of campaigns, showing impact and ROI
  • Researching industry events & awards


Key Skills

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Competent using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience with planning and executing marketing activities is preferred
  • A degree in Business, Marketing or English is preferred
  • Highly organised, able to manage projects and work to deadlines
  • Goals and results-driven mindset
  • Have the ability to analyse marketing data and make data-led decisions
