Cyber Security Sales Specialist

What is the role?

You will pro-actively manage and create new opportunities with existing accounts and new ones to Westcoast/Westcoast Cloud, developing relationships and growing the accounts to full potential.

 

How will you do this?

As part of the security sales team, your focus will be on developing relationships with new and existing clients, as well as driving business development. Vital in maximising growth across a select account base, your role will be mapping, targeting and qualifying accounts through pro-active calls and applying your tenacity to ensure that your individual KPI’s are met along with hitting team targets.

  • Manage accounts to ensure positive customer experience, sustained and enhanced customer relationships, and revenue growth within accounts. Handle new business, relationship development, leveraging solutions, & services, and new offerings.
  • You will be responsible for developing and penetrating named and target accounts within vertical market
  • Focus on growing and developing new business by proactively calling and engaging partners to grow sales for assigned accounts and rebuilding of underpenetrated and neglected relationships with Westcoast customers
  • Work with Westcoast Account Managers on increasing business within their named accounts.
  • Drive sales growth through new partners, rebuilding of underpenetrated and neglected relationships. Focuses on growing and developing new business; proactively calls and engages partners to grow sales for Vendors. Identifies, enables and develops high-potential and non-repeat partners. Generates new partner opportunities and follows-up on with Vendor generated leads
  • Drive the renewal process from start to finish by providing renewal quotes and loading renewal orders on internal systems and vendor portals.
  • Attend customer meetings on site or over teams where necessary.

 

Is this the role for you?

  • Previous sales experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge or a keen interest in IT or technology would be beneficial.
  • Aptitude to work independently to uncover new opportunities.
  • An excellent communicator and relationship builder
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations with confidence and professionalism.
  • Entrepreneurial and ambitious, with the drive to exceed targets.
  • A willingness to learn and motivation to continuously develop your industry knowledge.
