  •  Teams only – simply add Westcoast Cloud Voice to your customers’ existing Teams accounts. No new hardware, no new software to learn. They’ll be using the same Teams interface, with easy access to those extra functions like global calling and numbering.
  • Hybrid deployment – create a tailored offering with a mix of Teams-only and multi-device UC solutions. Along with the core Teams experience, users will get advanced features like call recording and TLS encryption.

Smart routing? Even better

A key feature of Westcoast Cloud Voice is Call Flow Designer. This is an easy click-and-drag tool that helps customers automate how their calls are routed.

And why not equip them with an interactive virtual attendant too? With the Custom Music on Hold feature, incoming callers will be guided via Interactive Voice Response for a faster and smarter experience.

Can your customers upgrade?

Customers can integrate Westcoast Cloud Voice with Microsoft Teams if they have any of the following licences:

SMBs with 1 to 300 users    Enterprises with 300+ users
Microsoft 365 Business Basic Office 365: E1 / E3 / A1 / A3 / F3
Microsoft 365 Business Standard Microsoft 365: E1 / E3 / E5 / A1 / A3 / F1
Microsoft 365 Business Premium  

The Microsoft ‘Business Voice without Calling Plan’ add-on must be added for each user


Unless customers have the E5 licence, they will also need the Microsoft ‘Phone System’ add-on
